L'OR EN CÉZALLIER
The gold of the Cézallier is its high-altitude meadows and the diversity of plants they contain. A heritage that must be preserved, both for the eye and for biodiversity. Michelle Bafoil-Seneze is well aware of this. To help as many people as possible discover it, she bottles this gold with her alcoholic gentian root drink. A recipe that runs in the family. Her drink is entirely homemade, with no colorants, preservatives or additives. She also produces a gentian parfait, for use as a condiment or accompaniment.
