If you are a lobster lover, Sa Llagosta is the place for you! David de Coca, a Menorcan chef who has worked in some of the best kitchens on the Iberian Peninsula (Arzak, Celler de Can Roca), has returned to his native island to concoct a Menorcan cuisine for his guests in which the lobster is the star attraction! On the menu, the lobster is cooked in a variety of ways: in caldereta, sautéed, stewed, in ceviche, with chard in tempura, with garlic, with eggs, grilled, baked... Mònica, the chef, will be able to advise you.
