When a 5 star hotel lives up to its stars it’s like this. Perfect stay in every way

I had the privilege of staying at the 5-star hotel in Minorca for work, and I must say it was an immersive experience that I will never forget.

Obviously, every aspect of the hotel, from the location to the service, to the staff, was impeccable and worthy of five stars. However, what really impressed me was the staff's attention to every single guest.

From the moment I stepped through the hotel's doors, I felt pampered and welcomed exceptionally. Every staff member showed a genuine interest in my well-being and made sure that every need of mine was met to the fullest.

The hospitality and courtesy I received exceeded all expectations, turning my stay into a true paradise on earth. It's rare to find a place where you feel so special and well-cared for, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to live this unique experience.

In conclusion, if you are looking for a place to immerse yourself in luxury and personalized attention, the Villa LE Blanc is the perfect choice. An oasis of beauty and tranquility that will make you feel like in heaven.

Honestly this would just be a perfect hotel if it wasn’t for one main thing. The service. Let’s start with the good part. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. All the amenities and the facilities are just jaw dropping. The spa is very nice the pools are very good as well. The room was gorgeous and clean.

The big minus is the service. Honestly it was very bad. The staff is either not trained properly or due to the fact that the hotel is very new they hired people with no experience. It was right from the checkin straight to the check out. The waiters and the people working are just unfriendly and basically don’t even know what to do or say. I wish they get trained properly so nothing can put this hotel to question since it’s absolutely gorgeous in everything.

Lo más que valoro es el trato humano del hotel. El servicio y la atención es excepcional. Tuvieron todo tipo de detalles, mención especial a Beatriz y Georgina, que han hecho posible más grata aún la experiencia. El hotel un 10, gracias por tanta dedicación, se ve perfectamente donde hay gusto por las cosas y las personas.

Estupenda experiencia en el Hotel, desde la atenta acogida a nuestra llegada por parte de Beatriz, General Manager, así como el equipo de recepción. Muy buenas instalaciones y servicios, pero sin duda lo mejor es el equipo humano siempre atento en agradar nuestra estancia, un agradecimiento igualmente para Georgina por su amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Espectacular hotel con apenas un año desde la apertura. Increíbles vistas al mar y a la piscina del hotel. Habitación top con unas camas súper cómodas. Los amenities del baño son una pasada.
Los tres restaurantes del hotel son muy buenos y variados. La amabilidad y cercanía de todos los empleados es excelente. Destacar a Oliver por su simpatía, cercanía y recomendaciones. Tener a este tipo de personas en el establecimiento hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Seguro volveremos.

Visita rápida para conocer el hotel para mí próximo viaje. Sin duda será mi próxima elección. Calidad excepcional y mejor trato, Chele y después Alejandro fueron los grandes anfitriones. Un 10!

Gran hotel con un servicio de lujo

Warning! This hotel hates dogs. They say dog friendly but they force you to put your dog inside a transport box while being in the hotel! Like if it was an airplane. Ridiculous. Also, they say in the website 30€ fee. But when you arrive they say 80€ fee. SCAMMERS.

Bad service. They cancel your reservation, due to the weight of your pet. They do this after you arrive at the hotel. Never again.

Claiming that they are pet friendly but they have arbitrary weight rules which make no sense.

Maravilloso hotel con todos los servicios. Habitaciones con buena distribución que hacen que el espacio sea acogedor, cómodo y bien aprovechado. El hotel está decorado con mucho gusto, con multitud de esculturas en los pasillos entre el hall y el restaurante. Dispone de tres restaurantes, dos dedicados a productos de mar y uno de comida mediterránea. Todo el personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las vistas son fantásticas tanto al mar como a la piscina. Dispone de dos piscinas una en el centro del hotel y otra en el rooftop. Además hay dos tiendas una de ropa y otra de calzado. en el hall. La parte del bar tiene sillones y y mesas donde poder disfrutar de la música o de un cóctel. Hay un salón con televisión y por toda la planta baja hay distribuidos libros de arte.
El menú fuera del horario de comidas se reduce al menú de piscina que aún así dispone de cocas (algo parecido a la pizza o planini), hamburguesas o croquetas. La zona de alrededor de la piscina tiene camas balinesas y otra parte algo superior de tumbonas y sillones y en una parte lateral tumbonas sobre césped.
Disponen de gimnasio buen surtido de toda serie de máquinas y accesorios de pilates de muy buena calidad.
El spa tiene una piscina con chorros bajo el agua y en la parte externa para masajear, sauna de calor húmedo y terma de calor seco. Fuera tienen ducha y chorros laterales. Fuera hay una jacuzzi pequeño cerca de las tumbonas sobre césped.
Se pueden pedir masajes en el spa. Todo el ambiente es muy relajante. Destacar la calidad de la comida y sobre todo la variedad del bufé donde todo es de primerísima calidad.
El hotel está ubicado en medio de un complejo residencial muy tranquilo. Cerca hay una tienda y también una playa a la que se puede llegar andando por un bello camino rodeado de plantas.

Tras pasar el fin de semana en este rincón de Menorca, decir que resulta un paraíso de paz y desconexión, donde disfrutar de exquisita gastronomía, cómodas instalaciones, un paisaje privilegiado, y un trato humano inmejorable.

Es un excelente hotel. Los restaurantes también muy buenos al igual que el servicio. No es barato pero vale la pena el capricho. Ya repetíamos y volveremos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa le blanc chambre 276.
Tout est parfait décoration service accueil et gentillesse du personnel.
Mention spéciale pour le restaurant japonais CRU un vrai régal.
Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux avec un grand choix de produits frais.
Un petit coucou à Roberta de la part de stella-Rose ????
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel hors du temps….

Un lugar único y relajante

Chilled and elegant. Amazing location and surroundings. A special thanks to Marcelo, Oliver, Carolina, and America. We will be back for sure!

We've had the most relaxing break at Villa le Blanc, one of the nicest places we've stayed. The hotel is obviously new and they've done a beautiful job with the decor and atmosphere, it's gorgeous. One of the highlights for us was the rooftop pool (adult only), with panoramic sea views and drinks service...we stayed a whole day there, just relaxing and enjoying the view.

Rooms are tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed ( best sleep I've had in a long time). We got upgraded to a room with a sea view terrace, perfect for sunset drinks. Loved the huge bathtub too. The room was spotlessly clean and the daily cleaning staff did an amazing job making us feel at home.

We also tried the spa and massage services, provided by native Thai ladies, very relaxing. We had the spa to ourselves.

Breakfast was fantastic with a large selection of savory and sweet options, local products, vegan/gluten free options etc. Served on the Nivi terrace overlooking the sea, it was the perfect way to start your day.

Location was great, just a few steps from the beautiful Santo Tomas beach and in between Ciutadella and Mao (car is required if you want to discover the island.) We also took advantage of the Audi Experience for the day and my husband had so much fun driving the Etron on the little country roads.

Staff was so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any questions we had. I appreciate that we visited in October, with the hotel being much quieter than normal, I imagine the summer months might look very different.

My only suggestions would be :
- maybe provide a SUP/kayak rental service ( I would have happily paid to do this every morning)
- Different juice options at breakfast
- Drinks and minibar are a tad pricey
- If like me you need a completely blacked out room, the curtains let a lot of light through so I woke very early

We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future

En absoluto es un hotel cinco estrellas gran lujo. Tienen un mal servicio. Sobre todo en los restaurantes. Tuvimos que levantarnos y marcharnos porque estuvimos más de 15 minutos esperando en la mesa a que nos preguntasen si queríamos algo de beber. Y cuando fuimos a hacer el check out nos imputaron una comida de 143 euros. Dijimos que nosotros no habíamos hecho esa consumición. Y que a la hora que parecía se había hecho, estábamos en otro lugar de la isla (y lo demostramos). Nos quitaron el importe de la cuenta pero, al llegar a casa, de madrugada, vimos que nos habían hecho en cobro de esa cantidad. Tuvimos que llamar y mostrar nuestra sorpresa y enfado para que finalmente nos devolvieran el dinero. Nunca nos enseñaron el documento firmado por nosotros. Porque era imposible. Nosotros no hicimos esa consumición. Y nos hicieron sentir como unos caraduras que no querían pagar lo consumido. Pagamos lo que habíamos consumido (una comida y una cena). No podíamos pagar lo que algún listo nos había imputado. Siempre he pensado que esto podía pasar alguna vez, que alguien de tu número de habitación cuando le preguntan para hacer el cargo. Pero precisamente, se firma para evitar fraudes. Digo yo…Todavía estoy esperando una disculpa.
Como digo, el servicio es poco profesional en general. El hotel no tiene la categoría que publicita. Ni por asomo. La limpieza tampoco es de un hotel cinco estrellas gran lujo. Y el hotel, aunque muy buen ubicado, tiene una decoración impersonal y está muy cerca de otro que está muy viejo. Y muchas de las habitaciones dan a ese otro hotel. Y las vistas son deprimentes.
Nosotros viajamos mucho y sabemos distinguir lo que de verdad es el lujo. Y esto ni siquiera se me acerca. Es un hotel con unas bonitas vistas (en una parte). Pero poco más. Hasta el zumo de naranja es “de bote”. ¿Como puede ser esto en un hotel de esta categoría?
Hay muchas mejores opciones en la isla. Y que si son de verdadero lujo. Donde los detalles se cuidad. Ese es el verdadero lujo.
