Since 2003, Ambert has been twinned with the Italian town of Gorgonzola, an inspiration that prompted Philippe Seigneur, a passionate cheese-maker, to organize annual escapades to Italy. He brings back gourmet treasures: gorgonzola, of course, but also other typical cheeses such as authentic mozzarella, hams, gnocchi... His boutique offers a unique showcase, featuring the five Auvergne PDO cheeses, regional specialties and various locally-produced delicacies, among the Italian delights that Philippe presents with passion.

Belle fromagerie avec bcp de choix. Explications intéressantes de la part du fromager qui a toujours des conseils a nous donner et des explications sur les produits. Choix de fromages italiens. Nous y retournons chaque année.
