CHEF RENAUD / COURS DE CUISINE

Yssingeaux is a town that offers cooking classes with Chef Renaud. These courses are open to all, and take place either individually or in pairs. Classes are based on traditional cooking techniques, with a modern twist. During the course, participants work on recipes developed by Chef Renaud himself, and learn as many culinary basics as possible. In a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, Chef Renaud assists participants with demonstrations, guidance and advice. At the end of the course, a summary is provided, so there's no need to take notes. Chef Renaud's courses not only reproduce recipes, but also provide the keys to a better understanding of cooking, techniques, tricks and secrets. Classes take place in participants' own homes, with their own equipment and utensils. In this way, they can easily reproduce the preparations and apply their new knowledge to their everyday cooking and entertaining. Chef Renaud's courses are available in Yssingeaux, as well as in the Loire and Haute-Loire departments.
