Chez Jo has established itself as one of Yssingeaux's top culinary addresses. The young chef and his team advocate 100% home cooking, with generous, authentic dishes based on fresh, local produce. Regional meats are given pride of place, as is the fin gras du Mézenc, and everything is sourced from local producers. We recommend the cep and hazelnut velouté or the excellent creamy risotto with gorgonzola and walnuts. The menu changes regularly to ensure that seasonal produce is used as much as possible. Nice terrace (60 seats).

Les plats sont très bon , les produits sont locaux donc un c'est un petit plus pour ma part.
Le service était correct , je pense que le serveur débuté mais nous lui en tenons pas rigueur ????.
