Open for over six years now, R3spira serves inventive Italian-Mediterranean cuisine in a fresh, bright atmosphere. The service is friendly, the plates beautifully presented and the menu, though short, will satisfy all appetites. Flavors mix well - sea bream and seafood roll, lamb chop, duck breast, shrimp or chicken tagliatelle, salmon lasagne - and part of the menu is revisited each week. Save room for the homemade tatin!
