Located at the beginning of the Formentor Peninsula, it dominates the sea and the road leading to Cala Pi and further to the Cabo Formentor. At the end of the sixteenth century, it was erected almost 400 m above sea level to monitor the coast visited, very regularly, by Turkish pirates who came to plunder the villages surrounding the area. To visit it, you must reach the parking lot of the Creueta miradors. A trail leads around the tower in about 25 minutes. From there, a wonderful view of the coast.

Magnifique paysage du cap Formentor. Malheureusement, la route est très étroite pour arriver jusqu'au phare et le parking minuscule, toutes les voitures étaient bloqués, et nous étions obligés de tous faire demi tour, impossible de descendre...

Très belle vue au phare même si l ascension en voiture est un peu longue et dangereuse route étroite beaucoup de cycliste.

Uniquement pour le point de vue sur la presqu’île Formentor et sur la baie de Pollenca. On peut y accéder en vélo (pour les plus courageux car ça grimpe sec) ou en voiture en stationnant au niveau des premiers baraquements. Vous pourrez y croiser quelques chèvres sauvages.
