Tranquilidad, silencio... lugar ideal para meditar.

This hotel is far-far away from four stars. Old, dirty furniture and spitted carpets. In our bathroom was terrible sewer smell, which was sometimes on unbearable level. But the main problem is the hotel's restaurant. That is terrible!!! Overworked, unmotivated staff without any expert and without an acceptable level of language skills! Dirty glasses, small portions, sometimes no bred, salt, or olive oil on the tables because they forgot it. Very slow service! One evening for example we had to wait 1 hour and 8 minutes for the our soups and we got the our main dish again one hour later. After we left there our dessert because we couldn't wait more longer to get it. Breakfast: They don't serve warm food at all! I've never seen it anywhere. You can not get scrambled eggs or fried eggs, but not even any kind of sausages. It's ridiculous and unacceptable! The boiled eggs was always ice cold, and to peel it off was a real challenge.
I'm not the type of person who used to write negative comments, but now I couldn't miss it. Enough is enough! The management of this hotel should be ashamed of themselves.
Educate the employees, motivate and give higher salaries for them! They will be much more effective and the guests will be much more satisfied.

Ich war vor Jahren schon einmal da und war begeistert. Diesmal war ich wirklich enttäuscht. Generell ist es eine schöne Anlage, aber was daraus gemacht wurde, ist sehr schade. Es ist ein reiner Touristenspot. Von einem Kloster erwartet man Ruhe und Schönheit. Man bekommt Dudelmusik aus Lautsprechern, Kinder die im Kloster Fußball spielen und Eltern die bei einem Kaffee zuschauen. Selbst in den Zonen in denen es noch ruhiger zugehen sollte (Basilika, Botanischer Garten) schreien sich die Menschen an und niemand greift ein.
Kein Ort zum Kraft tanken, sondern um Geld loszuwerden (Parken 8€, stete Spendenaufforderungen, Kaffee überteuert und nicht gut…). Wirklich schade.

La verdad que decidimos pasar una noche de relax en el monasterio, y la
Verdad que nos quedamos muy decepcionados , el lugar es mágico perdido entre las montañas con mucha magia y encanto
Pero relación calidad precio deja mucho q desear!
El servicio de recepción , muy atentos muy educados cordiales y amables , el servicio de limpieza hemos de decir que estaba todo muy limpio , pero el servio de comidas deja mucho que desear!!!
La persona encargada de la selección del personal, se quedó bien a gusto seleccionando el staff!

Todo perfecto, buena calidad, precio, pero no acabo de entender que te hagan dejar la habitación a las 10:30 o que el desayuno sea hasta las 10, y para rematar, no te dejan hacer el checking hasta las 14,00 Las habitaciones justas, pero cumplen su cometido mínimos. El lugar, maravilloso.

Cadre et murs exceptionnels, c'est indéniable. Confort hôtelier moyen en revanche, sans être monastique. Literie trop molle, bruits pendant la nuit, salle de bains à l'ancienne... Difficile de faire la différence entre la chambre supérieure et la standard ; préférez cette dernière. L'avantage de dormir sur place ? on peut visiter les lieux tranquillement...

The setting is original and very good value for money. The rooms are comfortable bedding, a private bathroom. Wi-fi is in a breakfast room facing the reception. Located right in the heart of Tramuntana, this large monastery is an ideal stop to explore the area, or for a stopover in case of itinerant hiking in the mountains. Dining options with the surrounding area. An original stop in a mystical setting.
