Majorcan chef Jaume Ordinas (50 years' experience!) concocts a classic, successful Mallorcan and Balearic gastronomy using fresh, local produce in the kitchens of the Hotel Guía restaurant. After a selection of appetizing starters (fish croquettes, canalones with parmesan, frito de marisco), we move on to the main course: fish, meat and other typical dishes, not forgetting the well-stocked paellas. Rustic decor and pretty courtyard lined with round tables. Simple, good and unpretentious.
