Located inside the Saratoga Hotel, the Blue Jazz Club offers a very chic space to listen to jazz concerts and attend jam sessions. Intimate atmosphere, panoramic view of the Bay of Palma. Classic cocktails. Plenty of choice of vermouths and gin-tonics. On the food side, the dishes are rather fine and nicely prepared. Salmon tartar, burgers, chipirones with wild rice, tapas and salads. You can also try the assortment of cheeses to share. The only downside is that it can get very crowded in summer!

A l'ouverture des portes, vous arrivez dans une salle avec de grandes baies vitrées donnant une vue superbe sur la ville illuminée. L'équipe de salle vous proposera une table ainsi qu'un cocktail, un peu onéreux, mais comme le concert est gratuit...
Pour notre part, nous avons assisté à une session où ont été égrainés de grands standards du jazz. L'ambiance montant peu à peu on se surprend le sourire aux lèvres et le pied battant la mesure. Une soirée inoubliable !
