Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Da es ein Hostal ist leider ohne Aufzug aber der Standort ist sehr gut. Strand ist nicht weit weg und es gibt einige Restaurants in der Nähe. Bus nach Palma und zum Airport fahren auch in der Nähe ab.

Que gente más cínica y miserable. Hago una reserva para una noche, la cobran, voy al hostal y me dicen que no hay habitaciones disponibles.
Que es un problema de Booking.
Ya, lo sabéis el tipo de gente, que gestiona el hostal, de la mas baja calaña, sin escrúpulos y Cero principios.
Por este medio os pongo al corriente, si tenéis que venir a Palma de Mallorca no os alojeis en este antro de corrupción. Dan asco.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hostal Tierramar war wirklich großartig! Das Hotel bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und wir waren begeistert von seiner idealen Lage, nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Megapark entfernt. Die Nähe zum Strand war ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt.
Der Check-in auch außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten verlief reibungslos und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Glück, ein Hotelzimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon zu bekommen, was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders machte.
Einziges kleines Manko waren die fehlende Klimaanlage in den Budgetzimmern und das Fehlen eines Aufzugs, insbesondere wenn man in den oberen Stockwerken untergebracht ist. Trotzdem hat dies unseren Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner großartigen Lage, des freundlichen Personals und des fairen Preises auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Pues la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, eso y que el baño estaba al cruzar el pasillo (era de nuestro uso exclusivo)

Abbiamo utilizzato la stanza solo 3 ore dal nostro arrivo, poi siamo dovuti scappare per la presenza di due blatte che si aggiravano attorno al nostro letto. A quel punto abbiamo deciso di abbandonare la struttura per recarci in aeroporto e dormire in macchina.
Nonostante i solleciti tramite piattaforma travel per richiedere il rimborso per ciò che abbiamo passato nessuno ci ha risposto.
Mai più un posto del genere.

Posto vergognoso, hotel da brividi.
Se ci penso ancora ho il terrore di trovarmi per terra le blatte. Siamo stati la notte del 12/07/23 , siamo arrivati in questo posto ( non si può chiamare hotel) alle 22.30, abbiamo fatto il check in e siamo arrivati in camera. Ci siamo appena seduti sul letto, perché la situazione in quella camera non mi piaceva per niente. Ambiente vecchio, lenzuola sporche, un caldo atroce, una puzza di vomito. Proviamo a chiudere occhio, ma io non ci riesco perché non mi sentivo al sicuro, così all’1:00 di notte mi alzo per andare in bagno, sento un rumore provenire dalla vasca del bagno, muovo leggermente la tenda e spuntano due blatte ???????????????????? giganti. Io inizio ad urlare come una pazza perche corrono dritte sotto il letto. Il mio compagno si sveglia, prova a tranquillizzarmi, ma io ero nel panico totale. Una blatta ???? è salita sul letto.. nulla ho provato a rimettere le due cose uscite dalla valigia e scappiamo via dall inferno. Abbiamo passato quasi 3 ore in questo posto è non potevamo neanche lamentarci in reception perché non c’era nessuno. Abbiamo preteso un rimborso del soggiorno non usufruito e non hanno voluto risponderci. Vergognoso… ????????????

One of the worst places where I slept in my life, luckily we stayed only for 1 night after our flight to Mallorca. We had a rented car and it was almost impossible to park it near to this hostel.
Only the entrance of the hotel is renovated, our room was never renovated or not in the last 20-30 years. It was super hot. Even the receptionist, who was btw a very kind person, said that it is going to be super hot, we are going to suffer but this is what it is, sorry, this is only a hostel not a hotel. Well, luckily she was wrong and our room had air conditoning.
I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even for 1 night.
By the way, all the nearby roads were like a very poor city in Mexico or in Africa, nothing like Mallorca. I don't know if this small area is like that or the whole city but I would never go back to this place.

Lo vivite en Abril 2022 .La habitación grande y con balcón. Tienen restaurante. El trato del personal muy bueno. La ubicación buena cerquita de la playa y restaurantes .

Sehe dreckiges, in die Jahre gekommenes Hostel. Hier wird jede Mühe und Investition gescheut. Es ist schimmelig, dreckig und der Besitzer ist sehr unfreundlich. Das ganze Personal ist ein Witz. Ekelhaft

Nos llamaron de un dia para otro que no tenían habitaciones para nosotros ya que tenían overbooking, nos quisieron realojar en otro hostal mucho peor, sin desayuno y con una habitación menos para que compartiéramos... Un desastre muy mal servicio y la recepcionista muy mal educada y sin soluciones.. no recomiendo para nada este hostal te dejan en la calle a la primera de cambio y ya te buscarás la vida.. MUY MALO!

Firstly i would like to thank Thérése, the lady at the reception. She was so helpful and kind, received me so politely and helped me with some local suggestions and also came till the bus stop to show me where i can take bus to the airport. The hostal has very neat and clean rooms and washroom. Felt really good staying here for a day. Its very close to the beach as well.

Obsługa przemiła. Świetnie władająca angielskim. Lokalizacja dobra. W pokoju i łazience czysto. Pościel świeża. Zameldowanie, przekazanie kluczy - świetnie zorganizowane. Bezproblemowo. Ale! Brak cieplej wody! Z kranu leci zimna. Brak ogrzewania/klimatyzacji. W pokoju zimno, a do przykrycia jedynie prześcieradło. Musiałyśmy spać w ubraniu! Bez kąpieli. Ściany tak cienkie, że słychać każdy ruch z drugiego pokoju. Drzwi nie są w żaden sposób wyciszone. Czujesz się jakby ktoś chodził koło twojego łóżka. Nie wiemy jak wyglada to w sezonie. Ale w kwietniu odradzamy.

El hostal nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Habitaciones limpias, camas comodas, muy buena situación y la dueña muy amable, el dueño tb, te explican con mucha paciencia, todo lo que hace falta. Nuestra hab.tenia todo lo que hacía falta, aire acond., toallas, gel de ducha, jabón, menos secador de pelo, que al pedirlo nos lo prestaron y televisión tb. Me encantaría volver. Lo único que me gustó menos es la almohada, demasiado dura, pero, para gustos, los colores ????. Gracias,

You can go easily from this place for the bus to Palma. Just 1 min walk from the seaside. Staff is just amazing. Very helpful and friendly! Rooms are so clean and comfortable. Just 10/10 also not very expensive!

Está a escasos metros de la playa y con un poco de suerte y viniendo después de las 6:30 pm incluso podrás aparcar en la misma puerta, cosa que nos pasó en los tres días que estuvimos
Otro punto fuerte es que el desayuno está incluido en el precio que es tipo buffet con bastante opciones.
