Two Formentera fishermen came up with the idea of marketing dried fish. Sold in supermarkets and specialist stores, it has also become a delicacy in the island's restaurants. The "Peix Sec de Formentera" brand markets dried fish in olive oil jars. This traditional, natural product contains only olive oil (traditional or organic, depending on the type of product), salt and dried fish. That's all there is to it!
