Right on the beach, the elegant restaurant S'illa Des Bosc offers some very good Ibizan specialities, lots of fish, a large terrace and an air-conditioned room. Their speciality: the bullit de peix. The foie gras served with a violet jam is a delight. For dessert, don't miss the mojito sorbet, refreshing and digestive. Beyond the gastronomic proposal, the restaurant stands out for its sensational location on the seafront, offering the spectacle of a breathtaking sunset every evening.
