This restaurant located in a shopping mall (Yaya Centre) is at first glance unattractive, but once inside, and especially on the terrace, it is much more pleasant. You come here for the meat, the burgers (excellent) and... the beer of course, as Sierra is also a trademark. It is indeed also a microbrewery that produces an excellent beer based on malt, hops, water and yeast, according to an original process, the Reinheitsgebot, or "beer purity law" born in 1516 in Bavaria.
