The Federation of European Motorcyclists' Associations (FEMA) is based in Brussels, Belgium. Its objectives are to defend the interests of motorcycling with the competent European authorities. It is notably at the origin of the end of the 100 HP limit in France. FEMA has twenty-four associations in nineteen countries and is linked to the FFMC (Fédération française des motards en colère).
