During the whole month of December, 2.5 kilometres of illuminated route around the Grand-Place and animations of all kinds.

This is the big event of each winter, which gets bigger every year. During the whole month of December, several kilometers in different places of the center (Grand-Place, Monnaie, Marché aux poissons...) and animations of all kinds. Fairy-tale decor, giant Christmas tree, wonderful Christmas market with more than 260 chalets, illuminated Ferris wheel, rides, street entertainment and ice rink. Smells of mulled wine and tartiflette together... Everything is planned to plunge visitors and inhabitants into a magical and fairy-like bubble. The atmosphere is really relaxing.

Over the years the Christmas market of Brussels " Pleasures of hiver" became unmissable in Europe. A course which dates from the Town Square (sound and light not to be missed) to Place Sainte-Catherine, marked wooden chalets where artisants offers fruit of their art, for the pleasure of the eyes and the tastebuds. Ferris wheel and ice rink on the Sainte Catherine place. Enchanting atmosphere of Christmas.
