Chez Richard is one of those bistros that almost goes around the clock with us. From the alarm clock coffee that antique dealers sip to the crazy atmosphere that goes on until late at night, this old estaminet has been camped out for many years on this street corner overlooking the Place du Sablon. The new terrace offers a breathtaking view of the ballet of tourists and passers-by. The posters of old films and the small square tables are the ideal setting for a stoemp between two races or a plate of oysters from October to April.
