Try the doncella carpaccio with olive oil and capers. Many typical dishes revisited with original flavours. A success. The small intimate room and the opening on the Malecón also make it an excellent place to watch the sunset. Touristy, but really good. Remember to make reservations, especially on weekends, as the place fills up quickly
