PIZZA BRUNO

Bruno, a French sailor-chef who fell in love with the Peruvian mountains (maybe because of his wife), prepares excellent pizzas, pasta, pancakes, pastries, but also delicious meats (steak au poivre for example). Moreover, the women's toilets are a curiosity of the restaurant. Good service. Bruno also organizes treks, rents 4X4 for the day and has now his own lodge in Carhuaz with a nice name: the Copacabaña Lodge. We recommend his restaurant as much as his hotel, both are of high quality!
