After dark and cold, all the hotels in the city have a gloomy side but here you find the best value for money. The building is clean, the reception cordial, the rooms with old-fashioned furniture but well kept with hot water and TV. There is wifi in the common areas. No heating in the rooms but blankets. Bright, prefer the rooms located on the floor and those that are better equipped. It is very easy to find breakfast at the market or even at the corner of the streets as the locals do.
