This restaurant offers 100% organic cuisine and a very generous à la carte menu. It includes an aperitif, a starter, a soup, a main course, a dessert and a coffee. The products are local and delicious! The desserts are unforgettable. There is a small museum to visit on site, weaving demonstrations and Peruvian walking horses. A small road leaves from Km 61 to get there. It is a stop for many exclusive agency groups, but it has elegance. If you want to experience it, you have to book by calling.
