Here, you'll find small but warm wooded rooms with parquet floors and exposed stone walls. Plenty of common areas, including a large terrace with a view. The place is clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Wifi, hot drinks, cable TV, kitchen, laundry and pick-up from the airport or bus station are all included! Marco and his team will take good care of you. It's a steep climb up Tandapata Street along the stairs, so don't be fooled by the rather random street numbers.

Experiência horrível. Hotel muito caro para o serviço que oferece. Quarto tem cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã é o mesmo todos os dias. Muito simples, não tem uma fruta e ovos são cobrados à parte. Localização muito ruim. Por ficar em parte alta de SAN blas, vc chega extremamente cansado, falta ar devido ao soroche. Claro que isso é muito pessoal. Não precisa ficar hospedado em um local tão ruim para ter a melhor vista de Cusco. Recepção do hotel é minúscula. Pedi a usar o banheiro 2 vezes e nas 2 vezes não tinha papel higiênico e nem toalha para secar às mãos. Pedi para arrumarem meu quarto quando fui para Machu Picchu e não fui atendida. Também só tem toalha de banho no banheiro do quarto. Piso é de tábua e faz muito barulho no andar das pessoas. Acredito que minha experiência teria sido muito melhor em Cusco, se tivesse ficado em outro hotel. Se vc vai com crianças ou pessoas mais idosas, prepare-se para passar raiva. Enfim, CARO, ruim, serviço péssimo. Nunca mais volto e não indico para ninguém.

Definitely worth the price!
The staff is super nice, the rooms are clean and the shower was amazing in terms of hot water and water stream.
Breakfast is super basic.

Great place to stay! I arrived after dark and dizzy from the altitude- called them and someone came and carried all of my things to the hostel.
They were so helpful whenever I had any questions. Wonderful views - loved that I was in the historic section of town but not that far from the main square. Clean, great breakfast, laundry service, tea always available, really comfortable/cozy common room, computer available. If I ever go back to Cusco, I will stay there.
