An address a little out of the way (count S/ 5 by taxi), but worth the trip! Here, they have been cooking for more than 45 years to delight the inhabitants of Moquegua and the few tourists who pass by. You can taste all the specialties of the region such as cuy frito (fried guinea pig) or chicharones (fried pork). The room is airy, clean and well kept. On weekends, don't arrive too late to get a seat, as families like to meet there. Beware, the portions are more than generous!
