It is increasingly common to fly over the Nasca lines from this small airport to avoid the 3 hour drive (6 hours round trip) to Nasca itself. The airport is as close to Pisco as it is to Paracas. A 1 hour and 40 minute flight over Nasca costs US$ 280 with Aerodiana (www.aerodiana.com.pe) and allows you to see 19 geoglyphs. Airport tax 5 US$. Same rules, you have to wait for the fog to lift. A luxury option for those in a hurry. The others will pass by Nazca.
