It is both a rather active cultural centre and the Ministry of External Relations. This prestigious building with its two strings of elaborate wooden balconies and chiselled door is worth entering, as its interior patio with chequered tiles and balustrades is equally elegant. There are interesting temporary exhibitions of contemporary and historical photographers. It is a pleasure to wander through this unique place.
