A half day in Barranco in 15 flavors (10 dishes and 5 drinks) or a late afternoon/evening in the historical center in 10 flavors in group with an English/Spanish speaking guide is a good idea to discover the Peruvian capital from an angle that Peruvians love: the cuisine. The historical center version is dedicated to Creole flavors while the Barranco tour is a bit more trendy. This small agency run by a Swiss and a Canadian woman also offers "gourmet" evenings to discover the chefs of tomorrow. French on request.
