With its 4-star rating, it offers 26 comfortable rooms and top-quality services: restaurant, swimming pool, games room, gym... The architecture is modern but blends in well with the surrounding landscape; each room has a small terrace with an exceptional view, overlooking the ocean from which the silhouette of Corvo emerges on the horizon. The restaurant is quite good: the menu is simple but authentic.

What it is a shame is how we were treated by the women working in the reception desk: Nanci Ramos and Ana Soares.
We arrived at 7pm asking for a room after 8 hours in Flores airport because of a flight cancelation due to bad weather.
It is unacceptable being treated like this by someone who works in the hotel industry.
We asked for help either with accomodation or transportation and they were laughing at our faces. Thanks god we met two american guys tha offered sharing a room and letting us the other one.
Great hotel but disgusting treatment by those two women working in the front desk.
