Hôtel bien situé avec parking Très belle vue sur la mer et l île de corvo en face Très bonne literie et bon petit déjeuner À noter qu a 15h la chambre n était pas encore prête et on nous a demandé de venir plus tard

Good location close to airport, near super good restaurants, rooms are clean and with nice views. Overall i liked my stay there! try dinner menu - it is super tasty!

Vista para a Ilha do Corvo fantástica. Em termos de atendimento não souberam sugerir actividades e no bar, não souberam informar que havia um gin açoriano. Poderiam salientar muito mais os produtos terra

Das Hotel versucht auf "mondän" zu machen. Aber dafür fehlt manches. Der Pool war verdreckt und nicht nutzbar. Das Servicepersonal im Gastrobereich unflexibel und unorganisiert. Die Preise für das angebotene Essen deftig. Kein Wunder, dass viele Gäste des Hauses auswärtig essen.

Die Lage am Meer ist fantastisch. Aus den Zimmern zur Meerseite hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Felsküste und dir Insel Corvo. Das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Leider war der Service nicht sonderlich gut. Geputzt wurde nur halbherzig und die Bedienung am Abend und an der Rezeption war stock-steif. Dadurch fehlte dem hotel der Flair.

It is a fantastic hotel with wonderful views and clean and new rooms.
What it is a shame is how we were treated by the women working in the reception desk: Nanci Ramos and Ana Soares.
We arrived at 7pm asking for a room after 8 hours in Flores airport because of a flight cancelation due to bad weather.
It is unacceptable being treated like this by someone who works in the hotel industry.
We asked for help either with accomodation or transportation and they were laughing at our faces. Thanks god we met two american guys tha offered sharing a room and letting us the other one.

Frühstück ist okay. Abendessen al la card stimmte Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht. Überteuert und wenig auf dem Teller.

Estupendo hotel con vistas a Corvo espectaculares. Desayuno correcto, ubicación muy buena y párking gratis en la puerta. Sin duda repetiría.

Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, aber reovierungsbedürftig, am Boden stehen Nägel 5 mm raus.

Wir waren Ende Mai 2023 für 2 Nächte hier. Zimmer sind okay, alles da was man braucht .
Frühstück ist übersichtlich, und Achtung es wird nichts nachgelegt. Wenn weg, dann weg . Personal ist unterbesetzt.
Abendessen haben wir nicht hier eingenommen.

Mooie kamer met mooi uitzicht over de baai en de ruige rotsformaties. Je kan hier ook Corvo zien liggen. Goed ontbijt met vers fruitsap! Tof zwembad, jammer vd omheining nu geeni infinity pool. De receptie was meer verlaten dan bemand. En ze hadden precies liever niet dat je kwam eten in het restaurant.

Cobraram a totalidade da estadia sem fazer o Check in devido a voos cancelados, vou 2 vezes por ano a esta ilha mas não devo voltar a este hotel.
