Address spread over 3 levels on the GR40 offering a friendly atmosphere to hikers

Superb stone cottage, first official stage on the way to Santiago de Compostela. Every evening, large tables in the dining room to share tasty dishes made with good local products. Taste their speciality the sarassou made of potatoes, local sausage, served with a sauce made of white cheese. Auvergne wines, local craft beers. Picnic basket. Ideal for groups, families, for weekends or several days, half-board in season and free management during the winter period. Everything is new, bright, quiet.

Super nuit passée au gîte de la Cabourne :) le repas préparé par Yoan était excellent et très chaleureux :) Les hôtes sont très bienveillants et aux petits soins :) Les chambres et lieux communs sont très propres :) Je recommande vivement :)

Super accueil dans ce gîte d'étape. L'ambiance du dîner et du petit déjeuner était très conviviale ! Et la qualité de la nourriture très bonne aussi ! Je recommande !!

Je recommande ce gîte,j ai passé une nuit en temps que pèlerins,le cadre est très agréable pour se poser,l accueil est parfait tout comme le repas et le petit déjeuner ,le propriétaire est une personne accueillante qui à de l humour

Accueil vraiment charmant , ils nous ont concocté vraiment gentiment un repas froid et excellent car nous nous étions fait refouler partout...... et pour une somme modique.
C'était vraiment très gentil.... merci beaucoup pour votre générosité et votre bienveillance

Première étape après notre première journée de marche. On ne pouvait pas tomber mieux. Yohan est aux petits soins et cuisinedivinement bien, le coin apéritif est très agréable. J'ai profité d'un massage du dos par Aurore. Le repas était très convivial. Les tarifs des boissons est vraiment très abordable. Un hébergement où on se sent bien. Merci à Hélène le matin qui s'est chargée du petit déjeuner. C'était parfait. Emilie et Sarah
