CASA MUSEU CUNHA DA SILVEIRA

In the former home of the Cunha da Silveira family, a beautiful modern museum presents, through numerous exhibits, the importance of the land and sea for the survival of the ancient inhabitants of São Jorge, as well as the techniques of its craftsmen. An oxcart, a wooden boat, weaving looms, the museum also devotes a room to the history of the Cunha da Silveira family. For the little ones, there's a playground on the second floor.
