Bourgeois-style building with swimming pool and terrace, offering 25 en-suite rooms at good value for money.

Situated on the port (a stone's throw from the pier), a bourgeois building with a decorative swimming pool that resembles a pigeon pool. The terrace promises beautiful moments. Warm welcome, good service. The 25 rooms were renovated in 2015, they all have private bathrooms and free wifi access throughout the hotel. Free shuttle service to the airport and also the possibility to rent a car. Breakfast is correct and copious. Good value for money.

Got stuck here due to a flight cancellatoon, but would not even stay here for free. Rooms are incredibly noisy, so barely slept. Breakfast is completely awful, WiFi is bad, room was not cleaned properly. Should not even get two stars, nothing positive to mention.

The good: location is excellent, short walk to restaurants and the marginal walk.

We were detoured to this hotel two nights in a row due to flights to Terceira being cancelled- this is the primary hotel Azores Airlines contracts with for passengers whose trips are interrupted in this way.

First night we were in room #3 - the room was tiny and cramped, the bathroom was extremely small. The noise was terrible - other guests walking and chatting in the corridors could be heard clearly even with the door closed. Traffic noise was clearly audible and kept us awake for a while.

Second night we asked for. Different room and we were in 105, upstairs. The room was easily twice the size of room 3, with a larger bathroom and two windows that opened easy and had steel shutters to help shut out the noise.

All in all, your experience will depend heavily on which room you get!!

Chambres qui donnent sur la rue sont très bruyantes (voiture, café d’en face et roulettes des bagages le port étant à proximité). C’est plus calme de 23h30 à 6h30
Sinon hôtel propre, la chambre que nous avons eu était spacieuse pour 3.

O Hotel está bem localizado mas muito má higienizado! Cheio de pó nas camas,por baixo delas, em cima dos moveis. Os lençóis com cabelos e no chão também. As casas de banho então nem se fala principalmenteas janelas.
Não tem privacidade nenhuma, housekeeping entra nos quartos sem autorização para limpar com pertences importantes dentro dele e ainda mexeram em roupa interior minha.
Paguei por um experiência terrível pois a limpeza é o mais importante em qualquer espaço.
