The Horta Town Hall has been ISO 9001 certified since 2005, making it the first municipality in the Azores to obtain this quality certification. Horta is an attractive tourist destination, not least thanks to Sea Week, the country's biggest nautical festival. Visitors can also enjoy the magnificent scenery of the island of Faial and discover the many activities offered by the municipality, particularly in the fields of education, culture and the environment.
