Sixteen comfortable rooms in a welcoming setting, in fact an old restored manor house. Between Maria the receptionist and Luis Gregorio, the director, you are in good hands! Both, and why not both, will be happy to inform you about this island that they are so fond of. For the anecdote, Luis's grandfather was mayor of Santa Cruz! Both speak a little French; in short, a valid and recommended address.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und im Großen auch sauber. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng und das Wasser in der kleinen Badewanne lief nicht gut ab. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich, da viel zu hart und für zwei Personen auch etwas klein und kurz (v.a. bei großen Reisenden).
Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und simpel, der Kaffee kam aus einem Automaten, und der Kaffee schmeckte für mich sehr scheußlich.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und den Standort fanden wir auch ok.

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
Bett ist sehr sehr hart, da kein Lattenrost vorhanden ist stattdessen eine Spanplatte und das Bett ist eher klein.

É uma das unidades hoteleiras mais antigas da Ilha Graciosa. É notória a idade do edifício e algum recheio no entanto, as comodidades primam pela limpeza que aliada à simpatia do staff, faz com que este hotel/Residencial sirva perfeitamente para estadias curtas.

É um hotel que se encontra bem localizado, existe um grande estacionamento mesmo ao lado e é oferecido o pequeno almoço. O hotel é rústico com um grande potencial mas precisa de alguns melhoramentos, nomeadamente ao nível dos quartos. Um grande agradecimento à Sra. Marta que foi quem nos recebeu, mostrou-se sempre muito simpática, disponível e tudo fez para que a nossa estadia fosse agradável.
