Just 3 km from the airport and 500 m from the beach and marina, the location is ideal. Good value for money.

Fui em trabalho à Ilha Terceira e, o meu colega, cliente habitual, reservou quartos neste espaço, que fica muito perto do aeroporto das Lajes.
O quarto arrumadinho, com decoração antiga, mas com AC, e casa de banho grande, pena não terem gel de banho à disposição como maior parte das unidades hoteleiras.
Embora não tenhamos usufruído, tem uma piscina generosa dentro das instalacoes e o pequeno almoço que oferece, é muito limitado na oferta, mas sendo uma residêncial/hotel, é o que habitualmente encontramos em instalações com a classificação desta.
É humilde mas confortável e não ponho de parte, numa futura ida à Ilha, ficar hospedado novamente.
