Péssima experiência com a reserva. Tentei fazer reserva em junho de 2022 para junho de 2023, foi negado por não terem disponível o mapa de reservas para o referido mês, após várias tentativas de reserva a reposta foi sempre a mesma, que só em março estaria disponível para reservas. Hoje 15 fevereiro após nova tentativa fui informada que já não existem quartos disponíveis para as datas que pretendia.

the hotel location is privileged, in the heart of Angra do Heroísmo city, comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast is standard, the reception staff is very friendly! The views of the bay are spectacular from the hotel, it does not have its own parking, so you have to park on the street or in a public parking lot. I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful sights, unbelievable friendly people everywhere you go. Four hours away from Boston. Practically everyone speaks English or try’s so much so that we understand better. Awesome food and drinks. Totally heaven on earth: definitely a must add to bucket list.
