Here are some prices charged for different tours: round trip Angra-Monte Brasil: about €20. West Tour from Angra (Angra, S. Mateus, Serreta, Biscoitos, Furnas do Enxofre, Monte Brasil): about 80 €. East Tour from Angra (Angra, S. Sebastião, Porto Martins, Praia, Biscoitos, Furnas do Enxofre, Monte Brasil): about 100 €.
Complete tour of the island, lasting about 8 hours: about 130 €. But, of course, you can define your own route with the driver. For your information, the hourly rental of a taxi costs at least 20 €/hour.
