A friendly tourist office where you can find all the information and brochures you need for your stay.
Under the arcades that line the port. The welcome is friendly and, if you are lucky, you will come across someone who speaks French perfectly. The staff also speak English. Information on how to stay with a local resident. Most of São Miguel's buses leave and arrive almost nearby. The office distributes complete timetables and routes for all lines. Many maps, including those of the island's hiking trails. Here you will find all the information and brochures you need for your stay.

Accueil sympathique en français !
Quel accueil ! et en français s'il vous plait !!! de précieux conseils avec un très grand sourire. Il n'est vraiment pas évident de trouver les lignes de bus à São Miguel quand on n'a pas de voiture. A l'office du tourisme, on vous explique quel bus prendre, avec quelle compagnie, à quel arrêt et on vous donne systématiquement un itinéraire de promenade à faire quand on va faire une visite !

Pas très accueillant. Ils ne parlent pas le français. Pratique pour connaitre les lignes de bus à prendre pour les différents périples que l'on souhaite faire lorsque l'on a pas loué de voiture.
