The second largest lighthouse in the United States, used to guide sailors to the Atlantic coast and home to the Florida Maritime Museum
Built 125 years ago, this 53 m high lighthouse is the second largest lighthouse in the United States. It is still used to guide sailors to the Atlantic coast. Located in Ponce Inlet, this lighthouse is also home to Florida's largest maritime museum, with exhibits tracing the maritime history of the region and the lighthouse itself. The climb to the top of the lighthouse is worth the trip for a magnificent overview of the area, after a climb of 203 steps all the same.

The entrance fee is very correct and with a coupon discount you have 10% less on the price. Careful: There is no lift and it is steep. But once it, not regret! the view is magnificent and it is nice to cross those going up and down. The suffering is international... and good means of communication! Before or after a break to the " the hatch" where you can enjoy the huge portions of foods and can be able to see the dolphins to greet you.
