To specify, this review is about the restaurant, and it was excellent. I had the fresh catch (Mahi that day) tacos. Big fresh chunks of fish, grilled to perfection, not overdone, The service and atmosphere were excellent as well.
This listing/review is for the motel, not the restaurant. The restaurant and hotel share the same name. I think there are a lot of reviews that are unfairly skewing their rating.
Ambience is a little taste of old coastal Florida. We stayed in the cottage across the street and it was reminiscent of my childhood home; terrazzo floors, bright colors, old crank windows, pink tile bathroom. It’s not fancy but is a cute, kitschy and clean place to stay. We caught a band at the tiki bar and stayed overnight. Perfect for a little overnight getaway. Looking forward to doing it again.
They were closed, but the bar was open and much overcrouded. 3 women were setting up a party of some kind and made us move to the bar. We would have probably moved anyway, but they TOLD us to move. Didn't ask us nicely.
El baño estaba asqueroso, mucho moho o Mildew y hasta cabellos habían, de verdad muy sucio y ni hablar del ventilador de techo, no lo recomiendo. No quise ni probar el restaurant, no volvería jamás ????
Excelent location, clean and the restaurante is amazing.
I loved the View, prices, and attention of the restaurant.
The wifi never worked and the matress are too soft.
You can definitely see a difference all around here as far as professionalism and clientele. Prices were higher than the typical places we have been but not astronomical, only by about 20 bucks and the food was cooked to perfection, I had the fresh catch of the day which was flounder. The tiki vibe was astounding!
