This museum traces the evolution of the region from the time of the dinosaurs to that of the Calusas and Seminoles Indians
A well done natural history museum that traces the evolution of the region from the time of the dinosaurs to that of the Calusas and Seminoles Indians. A very interesting interactive tour, with many impressive skeletons, including that of a mammoth. The Butterfly Rainforest unveils a huge greenhouse where more than 1,000 butterflies fly in the middle of tropical vegetation and observation posts for chrystalid hatching and reproduction. Not to be missed.
