The Gulf Bistro is a great place to eat tasty French food prepared by the talented chef Frederic, in a rustic atmosphere. He has cooked for some of the greatest names in the world, including François Mitterrand and Valery Giscard d'Estaing, before emigrating to the United States to open this restaurant in the early 2000s. On the menu: cheese platter, asparagus with parmesan gratin, frogs legs, duck breast with orange sauce... Followed for the sweet touch by a crème brûlée, an iced nougat or profiteroles.

J'étais au Gulf Bistro à Clearwater. Leur cuisine mérite un très bon point. Absolument délicieuse.
