A surprise! For a motel, it had every comfort and the
amenities of a 3 or 4 four star hotel. My experience was wonderful!

Gut und unkompliziert geführtes Motel mit kompetentem Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sauberes, schönes Appartement, absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Auf unserer gesamten Reise hatten wir kein so riesiges Apartment - wirklich einfach nur wow. Alles sehr neu (leider vermutlich aufgrund des vorherigen Sturms...) und praktisch mit der riesigen Küche vor Ort.

Frühstücken/Abendessen kann man super direkt nebenan und auch der Check in an einem anderen Hotel war unkompliziert, da die Info direkt bei der Buchung bekannt gegeben wurde.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen - vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt :)

Everglades City Motel is an excellent 2-Star hotel. The size of room & the 2 queen beds were very comfortable for 3 adults (Room #2). The cabinetry looked new, not dinged up as I would expect in a 2-star. There was no decor, so it was a very basic, clean room that looked OK! the bathroom door stuck badly but we figured out how to close it. Room looks just like the pictures. We walked next door to Island Cafe and had an excellent dinner with good food & service. The location of the hotel on the main road and next door to restaurant was very convenient. We did not hear much road noise, but could hear the people in the next door (indistinguishable what they were saying but we could hear them on both sides). WIFI was terrible, it was hard to get on it and stay on it until after 9pm. We were here Feb 1 2024 so the weather was pleasant, but we still used the A/C which worked fine. Also very nicely located to Big Cypress and Everglades NP, which we were visiting. We paid $179 rate, which was $200 with taxes. I felt that was very high for a 2-star but this is the busy season and we were there just before a really big seafood festival, and I'm sure that rates were raised due to high demand for the festival.

Rien à dire, emplacement parfait, nous avons pris le logement de 130 m2 avec 2 chambres, un lit de 180 cms pour nous les adultes !! À côté des petites boutiques de souvenir, de l'Island Café que je vous recommande, l'accueil qui se fait plus loin a été très chaleureux, le logement très propre, dosettes de café, climatisation efficace, salle de bains très fonctionnelle.

It's an older motel, but the room had been updated. Bed was comfortable, lots of space in the room, nice TV.

Die Dame im Office beim Check-In war freundlich. Um das Motel herum sind ein paar Restaurants und Bars. Aber überschaubar.
Wir können nur für Zimmer 22 sprechen (Zimmer mit Queensize bed): für den Preis ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit. Das bisher schlechteste Zimmer in den USA für uns. Sehr klein, die Klimaanlage extrem laut, unter dem Bett war eine Art Blech, das jedes Mal einen riesen Krach machte wenn man sich bewegte, der Boden war zur Tür abfällig sodass man nicht einmal den Koffer stellen konnte (rollte wirklich weg!). Insgesamt kalt und ungemütlich. Sauber war jedoch alles soweit!
Wir waren sehr froh als diese Nacht vorbei war und kommen sicher nicht nochmal.

Lovely corner room with plenty of space, and a good restaurant next door.
The beds we’re comfortable and the place nice but the mosquitoes are Brutal!!
WiFi was running about 2mb download and we were one of the very few rooms staying.
Great friendly staff and very helpful

Le motel est plutôt sympa en lui même et très pratique pour aller déjeuner / dîner pas trop loin ou pour faire une excursion en AirBoat.
Par contre pour la nuit il faut choisir entre mourrir de chaud la Clim éteinte ou alors ne pas dormir à cause du bruit d’hélicoptère que celle-ci fait …. Dommage car le reste est bien mais du coup on ressort de là peu reposé.
Nous avons aussi eu un problème de serrure qui ne fonctionnait pas et comme le Check-in se situe à 1km il a fallu faire plusieurs aller retour pour qu’enfin on nous change de chambre.

Renovations more than adequate, very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels, maintenance boys quick to deliver brand new TV when ours quit. Would definitely come back. Close to everything!
