We have 2 rooms. Villas 210 & 303. Both rooms are nice. Very spacious bright and nice bathrooms. Hotel is just a block from Ocean drive. They also provided free breakfast plus happy hour drinks. Highly recommended.

Excelente ubicación, me hospede en Enero y no he tenido inconvenientes con el reintegro en la tarjeta de crédito.
Fui muy bien atendido por Henry en recepción y por Josefa y karla en los servicios al huésped.
Sin dudarlo volveré nuevamente a hacer playa.

My family and I stayed here and my daughter got food poisoning from a restaurant. We had a late flight the next evening and they allowed us to stay in the room a little longer so she could rest. They kept our luggage and let us use the rest of the hotel accomodations until we left for our flight home. They were so kind and caring and very accommodating. I plan to stay here the next time I visit Miami!

Es un hotel antiguo pero reformado, por lo que esta bien en general, limpio y la gente muy amable. Si quieres estar en Miami beach, su ubicacion es muy buena. De facil acceso y a pocos metros de la playa. Tambien tienes un parking publico de pago bastante cerca, a dos calles.

We stopped in on our mini vacation and the concierge was an absolute darling, we got to check in earlier and we even got an upgrade free of charge. Their staff were respectful and helpful. This location is a block away from the strip/beach and is in a lovely spot with all the amenities nearby. Overall our stay was 10/10 and would definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is very close (5min) to the beach. The included breakfast is okay. They have scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages and potatoes. There are also cornflakes and some sorts of fruits such as apples or bananas. Overall the breakfast is fine but not extraordinary.
The rooms are very simple.

The pool is not very idyllic. Small, old and most of the time crowded.
All in all is this hotel a great choice if you want to spend most of your time at the beach or in the town.

FUJAM DESSE HOTEL !!! Cobraram caução de 150 dólares (novembro/22) e até hoje nao devolveram ! Quarto bem amplo - unica coisa boa. Elevador do século retrasado, atendimento super grosseiro na recepcao e café da manha fraquíssimo. Nao foi barato nao, por esse preco, podíamos ter ficado num local bem melhor. NAO CAIAM NESSE GOLPE !

The hotel is in an excellent location for accessing the beach and bus stops to/from the airport. The customer service we received was excellent, particularly from Henry and Malik. They were very helpful and friendly and provided us with suggestions for dinner and travel. You have to pay a "resort fee" which we weren't quite expecting, but this includes bottled water on demand, beach towels to take to the beach or up to the rooftop pool, breakfast and more. The breakfast was good quality and offered a range of choices. I would highly recommend the President Hotel!

We loved staying here, very nice/clean room with a beautiful outdoor space. Henry was fantastic throughout the check in and checkout process. He even recommended great places for us to eat in the area. We will definitely be staying here again!

I had a terrible experience with the Presidential Hotel. Despite booking weeks in advance and receiving a confirmation email, when I arrived, they claimed my reservation had been canceled. I never received any notification about this cancellation. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unaccommodating, offering no solutions or assistance. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience that I do not recommend to anyone. We ended up staying at the Hyatt centric and it was soooo much nicer than this hotel.

Do not stay here. They allow people to hang out on their front porch and harness and threaten their guests. After 2 separate stays with the same harassment and after complaining to the desk clerk who did nothing, don't stay here

My family and I stayed one night after returning from a cruise. We absolutely loved it. We got in super early and the gentleman at the check in counter was amazing! Henry, helped us and although our rooms weren’t ready, he took our bags and allowed us pool access as well as gave us some great suggestions for food in the area. We had 2 first floor rooms, and although the walls are a little thin, the “noise level” was no different than being at home and hearing muffled conversations in the next room. The bartender was very nice and courteous and the complementary drinks were amazing. Breakfast was included and that was pleasant as well. The rooms are a little too small for an extended stay in my opinion, but with 2 queen size beds, it’s good for a weekend. I would definitely book again for a quick trip. *our room looked exactly as pictured *

Walking distance to anything fun around south beach. Breakfast bar was good, and got 2 drinks free for the stay. Room was very nice and cool when we got there, and a decent size room.

The President is an AWESOME hotel, conveniently located right near the beach and shopping. Rooms were immaculate. Service was excellent! Henry at the front desk was so helpful and made us feel comfortable right away.

**Stay vigilant** Unfortunately still no refund of the $150 deposit paid, which I note others have also mentioned. Our stay was 3 weeks ago. Make sure you get refund as you leave.

Overall this place was ok. Room was pretty clean but cramped and felt damp. Had a room looking over the courtyard and people were in there til 2am really loud. Was vacationing with friends and door to bathroom was frosted glass that was extremely see through and even had a large sectioned that someone had scratched out so you can definitely see someone in the tiny bathroom.
Bartender was having a bad day and in a terrible mood. Breakfast was good and included. Pool was nice, but a bit small without a lot of chairs. For the price it was ok.

Overall, a great experience. The staff was very friendly (Ashley!). The only concerns are lack of parking (the city owned facility was just a block away and was $30 per day) and the size of the rooms, which were small. We asked about an upgrade the hotel was 100% full (always a good sign). The breakfast was good and had a variety of items. The beach was close as were many amazing places to eat! Would come back but would upgrade to one of the villas for more space.

I enjoyed my stay. The price was very good for the villa and it was clean and spacious. The front desk personnel was awesome both evening and morning staff. The breakfast was good, I expected better food. The location was great, just a block away from the beach. Their pool was nice with a beautiful rooftop view. I will definitely come back for another visit.

choisissez tout autre hôtel que The President, certes bien situé mais beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il propose....à commencer par les chambres, notamment une suite, non pourvue de cafetière ni de micro ondes et seulement d'un mini frigo! le petit déjeuner, pris à la cafétéria, minable, sans choix, ou il faut faire la queue un long moment pour se faire servir une gaufre archi cuite et un jus d'orange coupé à l'eau! même sur un séjour de 6 nuits la chambre est faîte seulement au bout du 3ème jour, non réapprovisionnement en eau comme promis....BREF une ARNAQUE, A fuir!
