Since 2019, it is possible to taste the signature dishes of Joël Robuchon (1945-2018), the most starred French chef in the world, in the heart of the Design District. In a contemporary setting with red and black tones, one discovers a menu that cleverly combines great classics of French cuisine, such as pigeon served with the chef's famous purée, and Floridian flavors, such as Key West shrimp. The desserts compete with creativity. A very nice address.
