In this restaurant of the East Hotel, we enjoy Peruvian and Latin American specialties. Special mention for the grilled meat which is really tender and tasty, prepared in an oven made in Uruguay. The terrace surrounded by skyscrapers in the Brickell neighborhood is a trendy chic place to dine while enjoying the lights of Miami by night and the gentle Floridian breeze. At noon on weekdays, the all-you-can-eat buffet "Chef's Table" is a real good deal. It is advisable to reserve at least the day before to ensure a table.
