The chef is Jeremy Ford, winner of a famous TV cooking show. His dishes are truly atypical: small, tasty portions with unexpected ingredients that combine to create an explosion of flavors in the mouth. For a fresh finish, we opt for roasted Floridian blueberries served with yuzu cream and olive oil cake. The menu evolves with the seasons, but always reserves a few surprises! It's true that the dishes are more original than elsewhere.
