Neve di latte is one of our favorite ice cream parlors in Rome. The ice cream is creamy, the flavors are tasty and seasonal. As an added bonus, the brand makes a point of reducing its sugar content to a minimum, and offers vegan and gluten-free alternatives. We particularly recommend the chocolate-based flavors, which are to die for, as well as peanut and salted caramel. Many fruit sorbets are also available. And, as in every Roman gelateria , don't forget to ask for panna (whipped cream) on your ice cream!
