The subtitle Raw Chocolate is a reference for gourmands who care about what they eat, and Grezzo announces the importance of fine and tasty chocolates in its subtitle. To be tested in the form of ice cream with a high cocoa content (70% cocoa) or raw vegetable pastries, from truffles to pralines and hot chocolate, here chocolate is at the centre of all attention and can therefore be enjoyed raw, unrefined. The products, most of which are organic and gluten-free, are never heated to more than 42°C to preserve all their nutritional qualities.

Excellents produits
C’est pour nous une des meilleures adresses de Rome pour les glaces et les chocolats . Les glaces sont vraiment excellentes même si le choix de parfums est limité, une mention spéciale pour les noisettes, la pistache et le gianduja , les glaces sont réalisés avec des produits naturels et sans crème où lait , ce magasin se trouve dans une rue et un quartier très agréables à proximité du métro Cavour. Plusieurs restaurants avec des terrasses très sympathiques . A 10 minutes des forums et du Colisée à pieds .
