A few steps from the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano, One Day Chef is a welcoming cooking school where you can learn the basics of Italian cuisine. In a homey kitchen, you'll learn how to make pizza dough or delicious pastries(panettone at Christmas and colomba at Easter). Classes in English are given by chef Matteo Ferroni. In 3 or 4 hours, you will learn how to make an Italian specialty (from pizza margherita to tiramisù) and you will even be able to taste it on site!
